Where do you ship from?

In stock items ship from Saint Louis, Missouri. Items that are out of stock, or where we can't fill your order completely from our on-hand inventory may be drop-shipped from another location. We also may ship from another location to save on time in transit or to minimize our freight cost. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible based on the shipping method you have chosen. If there will be a delay, we will contact you to determine how to proceed or to issue a credit if you can't wait.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Sorry, but at this time we only ship to destinations in the United States.

Can I order over the phone?

We have a $50 minimum for phone orders. We HIGHLY encourage you to order over our website, it is much safer, since we will never see or write down your credit card info. Also, due to the additional time required to manually process phone orders, they may be delayed.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $1000. Orders will ship "Best Way", at our discretion. You must change the shipping method to "Free Shipping" BEFORE placing your order. We can NOT refund the shipping fees if you do not select free shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. You also have the options of paying with your AMAZON.COM account. Customers who have applied for credit AND have been approved may order via a purchase order number and receive "net 30" terms. If you chose the purchase order option, but do not have an account with us, your order may be deleted or we may contact you and ask you to revise your payment option.

I'm in Missouri, but I have a sales tax number. Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you have a sales tax exemption certificate for the state of Missouri, please contact us AFTER you have set up your account. We will ask you to send us a signed sales tax exemption form (MO-149). Once we have that, we can flag your account to be exempt from sales tax in Missouri.
